| Anita Friedman Fine Arts OverviewAnita Friedman Fine Arts specializes in 19th through 21th Century European and American paintings, sculptures and works on paper. The gallery has over the past twenty five years worked with collectors and international dealers to find outstanding works for private and public collections. Among the artworks acquired for private collection are important works by Monet, Picasso, Matisse, Leger, Dubuffet, Miro, Bonnard, Magritte, Pollock, Willem de Kooning, Roy Lichtenstein, Robert Motherwell, Kenneth Noland and Grace Hartigan, in addition to many other Twentieth century artists.
In addition, Anita Friedman Fine Arts has an ongoing involvement with the art of our time, including works by recognized artists such as Sol Lewitt, Robert Mangold, Bryan Hunt, Lisa Ruyter, Vik Muniz, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Naomi Fisher and Martin Eder, to name a few. The gallery continues to seek out original talent to recommend to gallery clients, and as an opportunity for enhancing and updating existing collections.
We are available for consultation with private collectors, and have worked with corporate art collections in a variety of capacities, including advising on selection and installation of artworks in a corporate setting. The gallery has also organized special events for charities and private individuals in collector's homes with artists present to discuss their working process and iconography.
