| Claire Oliver has an artistic strategy based upon an intermedia approach to fine art, uninhibited by preconceived notions and theories of the conceptual art movement of the past. The gallery's core group of artists mix traditional disciplines (like painting, sculpture and drawing) with hand crafted, technical, electronic and/or other new media in order to convey a concept as a superbly executed, elegant work of art. Gallery represented artists concern themselves in the realization of work that deals with issues that reflect contemporary society's concerns and document today's reality.
Representing both emerging and mid-career artists, Claire Oliver focuses on creating an environment designed to stimulate creative thought and the advancement of new theories in contemporary art. The Gallery is committed to challenging the Public to become engaged in our interdisciplinary programs in order to gain a well-balanced infusion of art education and interactive art experiences by displaying and promoting bright new artists and their original, unconventional projects.
